Sanitary Butterfly Valves

Filter Process & Supply is a distributor for a variety of sanitary products including bu er y valves. We typically stock 1-1/2” and 2” sizes in 316 ss. These valves are mechanically polished to high grade sanitary grade nish.

  • Constructed of 316L grade stainless steel (304 ss available)
  • Surface nish meets FDA & USDA standards
  • FDA approved available op ons: silicone, EPDM and VITON®
  • 12-posi on, 304 stainless trigger handle (plastic optional)
  • Standard: Tri-Clamp or Bu -Weld; other options available
  • Manual control standard, Electric or Pneumatic is available.
  • Pressure range to 100 psi.
  • Triclamp connection standard (union, threaded, flange, and weldings available.
